Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the board may request other additional details and documents if it deems necessary while examining the details and documents attached to the application given by an organized organization for permission to operate the securities market.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), no permission will be given to such organized organization to operate the securities market until the related organized organization submits the additional details and documents requested by the Board.
